Assignment Title: Erikson’s Stages of development
There are 8 stages of psychosocial development. The middle adult stage is most relevant to me. Generativity refers to making a positive impact and contributing to the world, such as through raising children, mentoring others, or engaging in meaningful work. In this age group adults focus on contributing to society and guiding the next generation.
Those who succeed feel a sense of accomplishment. Those who do not may feel unproductive and stagnant. I personally this age group is very important to guide the coming generations because he had experiences about life in many fields. Manly people give due respect and listen to him attentively. Especially young students who want and need proper guidance regarding their career. This thing gives a sense of satisfaction to middle adult hood. So this age group plays a role like mentor in the society. I personally feel with the passage of time health matters will be more concerning for me. Income and earning issues may be challenging for me in future. But I thing a man should trust upon Allah Almighty and never give up in his life.

An advantage of this style leader is that he has clear vision for change and has trust on his team capability. He stimulates creativity and innovation among team members.
Disadvantages of the is that he can be ineffective in beginning and builds trust on the staff
The fourth and the last one Laissez-Faire leadership which is giving team members freedom and let them work without check and constant supervision. It is good to when your team is efficient, creative and responsible. It is useful when your team is driven and proven.
The advantage of this style is it creates personal responsibility and supports higher retention. The main disadvantage of this style is lack accountability and involvement of leadership. Things may go wrong in this style in a nut shell a leader should be problems solving, decision making, innovative and supportive for his staff according to situations.
