These forms of play significantly contribute to the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Through a play children learn to communicate, collaborate and resolve conflicts, fostering social interactions.

Emotionally it helps them to explore feelings, develop empathy and build resilience.

Teachers play vital role in facilitating play based learning by creating safe and stimulating environment, providing appropriate materials and guiding instructions to maximize learning opportunities. To incorporate more play based activities in early childhood education, educators can include interactive storytelling, outdoor exploration and creative arts to support holistic development.

To summarize it play gives foundation of leaning which is helpful for children throughout life. I have come to understand that play is not just a recreational activity but a fundamental tool for learning and development, shaping children's social, emotional and cognitive skills in profound ways.

In this video, the key points are that education is strongest when it embraces diversity. Education system should adopt the needs of learners. Inclusive education promotes equality and improves social skills and academic achievements. All students should have to access to the same opportunities and resources. Their maybe three ways which can be promoted in my classroom; tailor teaching methods to meet diverse needs. Use varied formats (visual, verbal and hands-on) and adjust task based student based activities. Collaborative learning encourages peer interaction through group activities and assigns roles in diverse groups to ensure active participation. Ensure accessible classroom environment. These strategies assure that every student feels valued, supported and included equality and fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
